Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay any money up front?
No. There are no up-front costs or fees to hire our office. Our fees are based on the amount of money we get for you. If we don’t get you money damages, our fees are zero.
How long will my case take?
Every case is different. However, most cases take between 12-24 months to completely resolve. Throughout the entire process you’ll be kept in the loop and Gehrmann Law Office will be available to answer your questions. Our process is centered around your needs.
Making sure you are well-informed about your case is a top priority.
I’ve been seriously injured as a result of an accident. Can you help?
Yes. Grant has outstanding expertise in handling serious injury cases including brain injury, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, paralysis, and death cases. We typically meet with injured people (at no cost), to hear about the case, introduce ourselves, and determine if your case is a good fit for our office and our expertise. Call (360) 253-3667 today to learn more.
Can you guarantee success?
No, we can’t guarantee any outcome for any client. However, we do pledge to utilize our experience and expertise to try and maximize fair money damages for every client, consistent with Washington Law and Washington Attorney Ethics rules.
We care deeply for every one of our clients and will work hard to make sure your voice is heard and your claim presented in way that delivers an outstanding result.
I was injured on the job. Can you take my case?
Most on the job injuries are covered by Washington State Workers Compensation law. If you were injured on the job you likely would need a workers’ compensation attorney who focuses on “hurt on the job” types of cases. However, we do take on cases where a person was hurt on the job by a negligent third-party or a dangerous condition on the premises that was not caused by an employer.
For example, a delivery driver who was hit by a negligent driver and suffered injuries. In this sort of case, there would likely be both a workers compensation attorney for the state claim and a claim for our office to handle the injury against the other driver.
You’re always welcome to contact us and tell us about your case. If we can help, we will.
